Positions Trained: Linebackers, Running Backs, Offensive Lineman, Defensive Lineman, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends and Defensive Backs.
Position training is tailored to each individual athlete based on their skills, abilities, and knowledge of their position. Mastery of common position techniques and fundamental movements for each position create a stronger mind-muscle connection and put the athlete in a higher percentage position to make plays.
Typically, an athlete has 2-5 seconds to recognize the offense or defense, create a mental plan of attack based on their opponents positioning, down and distance, and awareness of their location on the field. Mastery and repetition reduce mental reaction time, allowing an athlete to play fast with movements and critical decisions becoming automatic.
During the initial strategy session, athletes provide their offensive and defensive responsibilities/techniques/schemes to create a partnership to supplement their current programs goals and objectives.
